My Las Vegas Life, Part 2

One of the best things to do in Las Vegas is eat. And drink. Every time I go there I have to eat lunch at my all time fave lunch place: The Bagel Cafe.

The Bagel Cafe is in the Summerlin area of Las Vegas, about 15 miles north of the strip area. It's a locally owned restaurant, and it has THE best matzo ball soup ever.

And as for drinking, Las Vegas has huge liquor superstores. They are kind of like Costco, but just with booze. And liquor costs about half of what it does in Washington state. So I felt obligated to drink a lot while I was there in order to save money.

It isn't as much of a bargain to drink out at restaurants, but they have really cool places. One new place we tried was the Yard House located inside the Red Rock Casino.

Oddly enough, our server at the Yard House was from Lynnwood.

Now that we're home, it's back to the usual boring meals.
