Easter Dinner: The Martha Stewart Way

I don't normally make a big fuss for Easter dinner, but this year I got a bee in my bonnet, and HAD to make a special meal.

But where to turn for recipe ideas? I found everything I was looking for at marthastewart.com.

Bourbon glazed ham (recipe here) (New Costco Kirkland Bourbon is excellent, FYI)

Asparagus Gruyere tart (recipe here)

Buttered new potatoes (recipe here, I had to modify mine to accommodate different potatoes)

Key Lime Pie (recipe here)

Not to be too self-congratulating, but man that was a good dinner. And the pie was amazing. I might have to do Easter dinner every year. Thanks, Martha!!

  1. My next big holiday meal won't be until the 4th of July. You'll have to come out for that one!

  2. YUM! I want everything but the ham. I'll just drink the Bourbon instead!
